How to Use:

  1. Choose your mold shape and prep your seaweed, rice, and fillings.

  2. Add one-third of the rice to the bottom of the mold.

  3. Layer your ingredients on top, then cover with more rice.

  4. Use the spatula to gently press down the seaweed at both ends.

  5. Insert the compaction lid and let it set briefly for perfect shaping.

  6. Cut through the guide grooves to create perfectly even sushi pieces.
