Return and Refund Policy
We have a 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Glowireland.coM will not accept any returns past 14 days from the date of delivery.
Please be reminded that we DO NOT OFFER FREE RETURN LABELS. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for the return postage of the ordered item.
If the order is returned after 14 days of delivery, a deduction of 50% of the total amount paid will be applied.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We do not accept items that are worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
We do not accept packages returned using cash on delivery service. Return shipping charges are non-refundable and must be covered by the customer.
TO START A RETURN:
Please contact us at support@glowireland.com. Once we confirm your return request, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the item(s) back. Please do not send items without prior authorization.

WRONG ORDER DELIVERED:
If you receive an incorrect item, notify us at support@glowireland.com within 24 hours of delivery. Failing to report the error within this time frame means no replacement or reshipment will be offered.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility. Refunds are issued within 7 business days after the returned package is received. Note: institutional processing times may affect this.
CHARGES:
The customer is responsible for all return postage costs.
DAMAGES & DEFECTS:
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can address the issue.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unworn and unwashed

Free of stains (e.g., makeup), pet hair, or strong odors (e.g., perfume, deodorant)

With all original tags attached
If you receive a defective item, notify us within 24 hours of delivery at support@glowireland.com. Failing to do so may result in no refund being issued.
RESHIPMENT FOR FAULTY ITEMS:
If you receive a faulty product, we will offer a free reshipment:

Faults reported within 30 days of delivery qualify.

Proof may be required (photos or video).

After 30 days, no cash refund is possible; only a replacement will be issued.

Faults due to misuse or accidental damage are not covered.

Continued use of a faulty product after 30 days may void your eligibility for reshipment.

EXCEPTION/NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS:
Certain items are not returnable:

Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

Custom-made or personalized products

Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases

EXCHANGES:
We recommend returning the original item and placing a new order. Once we accept the return, a shipping fee of €6.60will apply to the exchanged item.
REFUNDS:
Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be issued via your original payment method. Banks may take time to process the refund.

Items must be returned unused and in original packaging.

Refunds will not be processed if the product is not returned.

If you receive a damaged item, provide a photo or video to request a replacement at no extra cost.
Refund limitations:

Incorrect or incomplete address: No full refund. We may offer a reshipment for €7.70.

Marked as delivered but not received: No full refund. A reshipment may be offered to a secure address for €7.70.

Dissatisfaction with product: Eligible for store credit or free reshipment.
CANCELLATIONS:
Order cancellations or modifications are allowed within 30 minutes of placing your order. Email support@glowireland.com with your order number.
ORDER VERIFICATION DISCLAIMER:
Please carefully check your order details before submitting payment. Changes can only be made within 30 minutes due to our fulfillment process.
REFUSED AND UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES:
If you refuse delivery or the courier deems a package “undeliverable” or “refused by recipient,” a €35.00 fee will be charged.
