How to Use the STRIKEZONE Elite Solo Tennis Trainer

• Step 1: Fill the Base for Stability
  To keep the base firmly in place during play:
  • Open the cap and fill the base with sand or water.
  • Replace the cap securely.
  • Sand provides the most stability for powerful hitters.
• Step 2: Assemble the Rope and Ball
  Thread the rope through the ring on the ball. Tie a secure knot at both ends to prevent slippage.
• Step 3: Attach the Rope to the Base
  Secure the other end of the rope to the designated loop or hook on the base. Ensure the knot is tight and the length is appropriate for your space (standard rope length allows 4–8 meters of play distance).
• Step 4: Position Yourself & Start Playing
  Stand back 4–8 meters from the base depending on your skill level and available space. Use gentle, upward strokes to keep the ball in motion. Practice forehands, backhands, volleys, and serves. Great for both indoor and outdoor surfaces like concrete, grass, or tennis courts. Avoid hitting the ball downward too hard, as the rope may cause it to rebound quickly to the ground.
